These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by Winter Garden Movers (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.

1. Services

Winter Garden Movers provides moving services, including local, long-distance, commercial, residential, and moving and storage solutions. We strive to ensure that our services are reliable, professional, and completed in a timely manner. All services are subject to availability and specific terms outlined in individual service agreements.

2. Booking and Payment

To book our services, customers must provide accurate information, including the date, time, and address of the move. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking, depending on the nature of the service.

Payment for services is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, checks, and bank transfers. A receipt will be provided upon payment.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your moving service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the time and date of the new booking.

4. Responsibilities of the Customer

• Access to Property: You must ensure that the premises where the move will take place are accessible on the scheduled day of the move. If our movers are unable to access the property, you may incur additional charges.
• Packing and Preparation: You are responsible for adequately packing your belongings. Winter Garden Movers is not responsible for damages to improperly packed items. We recommend using proper packing materials and labeling fragile items clearly.
• Valuables: Please ensure that any valuable or irreplaceable items, including cash, jewelry, and important documents, are secured and removed from the premises before the move.

5. Insurance and Liability

Winter Garden Movers carries insurance coverage for the protection of your belongings during the move. However, our liability is limited to the terms outlined in the moving agreement. We are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly packed, items left unattended, or items that are fragile and not labeled as such.

You can opt for additional insurance coverage for an extra fee, which will provide greater protection in the event of damage or loss.

6. Delivery and Timelines

While we strive to complete all moves within the agreed timeframe, Winter Garden Movers is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or equipment failure. We will notify you in advance if any delays occur.

7. Prohibited Items

Winter Garden Movers will not move hazardous, illegal, or perishable items, including but not limited to chemicals, firearms, plants, and food. If you require transportation of any such items, you must notify us in advance.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Winter Garden Movers harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to any loss or damage to property that occurs due to your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Limitations of Liability

Winter Garden Movers’ liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or business disruption.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Florida law.

11. Modifications to Terms

Winter Garden Movers reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
